GGEC builds all new molds in-house. This approach gives our customers the best combination of price and lead time. We match project demands with the capabilities of the design, cost and integration into the final product. Our current capacity is about 450 sets of tools per year, and increased capacity is on-going.

Along with Molding and GGEC Engineering we offer expertise and know-how gained from years of molding and manufacturing experience with a wide range of materials, part requirements, mold designs and manufacturing issues. We use internationally recognized materials for our molds that will guarantee long life. All tools are maintained and stored to the highest standards, to ensure your molds are always in great condition and ready for use in short notice.

We always encourage our customer’s participation in these Design Reviews. These reviews can be conducted with the customer at the factory, or Video conferencing.
