2008 - GGEC acquires the top selling domestic
audio Brands, AV Light, and MG Audio
2008 -GGEC acquires one of the most
established Domestic Pro Audio companies - Guangzhou Aivin corporation
2009 -GGEC opens its satellite factory in

2010 -Aivin, MG, and AV light move to the GGEC
Campus in Huadu
2011 -GGEC Acquires Acorn Audio - One of the
largest micro speaker designers and manufacturers in China. Engineering stays in
Beijing, manufacturing moves to the GGEC Campus in Huadu
2012 -GGEC and Onkyo create a joint venture
operation named GOA, located at the GGEC Campus in Huadu
2013 -GGEC and Florida based Bongiovi
Acoustics create a joint venture aimed at “Real life Sound” called Skysound using the
Digital Power station DSP format
